Bishop Larry E. Robertson, Sr. Pastor

Bishop Larry E. Robertson, Sr. Pastor was born in Dry Fork, VA to Mr. William Robertson and the late Mrs. Stella Horton Robertson.

Ordained as a deacon in August 1973 under the late Bishop Robert Fuller Sr. Pastor of Mt. Zion Way of the Cross Church in Callands, VA. Bishop Robertson served as secretary of Sunday School, Youth Program Coordinator, President of the Choir and lead singer of the Quartet Group The Mighty Clouds of Zion for over twenty five years.

In June 1992, Elder Robertson preached his first public message under the leadership of Bishop Charlie Witcher Sr. Pastor of New Life Apostolic Church. Bishop Robertson served as associate minister and many other positions while at New Life Apostolic in Callands, VA.

In 2006, Bishop Robertson became Pastor of Fairview Baptist Church in Gretna, VA where he continues to work for the Lord, preparing the people for the kingdom of God. A man after God’s own heart, Pastor Robertson is an anointed preacher, teacher, and spiritual shepherd that lead by example.

Bishop Robertson attended Pittsylvania County Public Schools, graduating from Southside High School in 1969. He attended Greater Mt. Zion School of Ministry and Evangelism, O. B. Clement Memorial School of Christian Education, Jacksonville Theological Seminary, Jacksonville, Florida graduating with a Bachelor of divinity degree.

In 1971 he married the former Jacqueline Witcher. Pastor Larry E. Robertson Sr. works diligently in the service of the Lord with his wife First Lady Jacqueline Robertson, right by his side. They are the proud parents of five children, two daughter-in-laws, seven grandchildren, and two god-daughters.
